The Challenge
Pearl Mattenson, a professional certified coach and former director at Rosov Consulting, had spent months conducting interviews with senior leaders across a major multi-organization initiative in the Jewish nonprofit sector. She had the findings and a written synthesis.
Pearl needed a way to share them with the funders and implementation partners that would invite honest conversation about the state of their collaboration, rather than land as a verdict.
The Work
Pearl brought me in to build the strategic narrative for how the findings would be shared: what to say, in what order, and on which slide. I structured the content in three parts, then designed the deck around that architecture.
Part 01
What was working
Open on shared ground. Name the real strengths of the collaboration first, so the room starts from trust rather than defense.
Part 02
What was getting in the way
Surface the friction as a shared condition, not an accusation. One finding per slide, each with room for discussion.
Part 03
The choices ahead
Close on agency. Frame the findings as decisions the group can make together, with the next questions already on the table.
Working from Pearl’s synthesis and her language for the findings, I rebuilt each one as a visual model, so the group could locate itself on it rather than read a list.

The outcome
The presentation now serves as the opening review for the stakeholders’ multi-year collaboration - a shared reference point the group can return to.
